Alloy of low melting point

The alloy is a special multi-compound metal with a low melting point and a small expansion opefficient. Once the work piece has been poured the casting can be used immediately after it hardens and it is removed from the mould easily by placing in hot water or hot oil. The alloy can be melted and reused once the mould has fulfilled its original purpose.
We can adjust the melting point of the alloy according to customer requirements.

RL-47:47℃ 0.5KG/PC
RL-70: 70℃ 1KG/PC

Function
1. 70~c is suitable for glasses and optic lenses.47~C is suitable for plastic CR-39 lenses.It is easy to be melted,cooling and circle using.
2, Raw material for casting: This alloy has been specially designed with a low melting point and high fluidity and it can easily be moulded into any shape and is also has a good machine processing ability.
3,This alloy's distortion coefficient is very low and castings made from it are easy to remove from moulds.
4, Jointing material. It is specially suitable for low temperature jointing processing.
5,This material can also be used as a melt switch for fire protection equipment.
